Finally conceded and splashed out on a copy of Adobe's Lightroom software. In a way I'm glad I didn't buy it last year, as the latest version is a lot better priced (i.e cheaper!) than the previous ones. Need something to better cope with non-Nikon cameras' photos. Especially RAW files. Wasn't impressed with the likes of the free GIMP software. It's fine for JPEG files, but not for RAW types.

Particularly nasty sciatic nerve issues today. The worst I've had for five years. It started with an horrendous slow build up of pain, whilst I was trying to wash my feet in the shower. I learned in the past, that you do not hesitate to tackle it with pain killers. Otherwise it'll only get worse, as you move in unnatural ways, in an effort to counteract the pain. Fortunately in my case, a prescription won't be required, as over the counter medication brings some relief.
