Hitchhiker

You can't see too clearly but I had a hitchhiker on my car windscreen this morning. It seemed very intent on staring at me through the windscreen. I didn't want to swipe it with my wipers as that seemed a bit, well, cruel. So it travelled with me halfway out of Torquay before I pointed out to it that I was going to Heathfield and unless it planned on setting up a new life it might like to leave. Besides, the staring was putting me off the driving. It cleared off at the Riviera Roundabout. Phew. I wasn't a homewrecker today.
