Today my friend sarah sent me this picture. She got up for work got changed and put odd shoes on. Ahahahaha! She txt me this whilst I was sat squashed on my delayed train and it made me lol. People must have thought I was mental. I thought it was hilarious though!

I went back to the gym tonight, I'll be aching tomorrow :(
