It is a wonderful thing.
The monsters were still off school today so we took them into Dynamic Earth.

While The Cygnet was obviously really interested and doing his best to take in plate techtonics and the complexities of geology Squirrel was more interested in the giant scorpions, talking to some weird animal and being eaten by a sabre toothed tiger (although The Cygnet did get involved in that - until he nearly got stuck in there).

The both really enjoyed the films where they felt involved - especially the 3D one with the silly glasses.
They also enjoyed the teacakes with lunch.
I thought Squirrel had a dirty face ................. until I saw The Cygnet.
Just as well he scrubbed up well before trying on his outfit for the wedding at the weekend.
