They begin with a K.
For some, it's going out and getting a Kebab on the way home.

For me, it's Karate to start off the week.
"Chinese roots - Japanese Karate - Modern Application" is what the sign says.

All I know is that's it a simultaneously enjoyable yet painful way to start the week.
