Voting

One of the great benefits of living in Oregon is automatic voter registration (when you register for a drivers license or an identification card, you are registered to vote) and vote-by-mail. So we have voted. The final date for voting is not till November 8, at which time we will be visiting another State, but our votes have been cast.

We hope for a sane and capable president, a progressive congress, and a life beyond the vulgarity and hatefulness of the other candidate.

As too much has already been said about all this, and as I am hopelessly behind in commenting anyway, I've turned off comments for a little while.
