After a spring downpour
The weekend over, the warm sun was hidden by clouds. Clouds which leaked water as I drove to work. Someone left me a carpark close to the unit, as she (or he) went home after a night shift. It had been a quiet weekend for admissions; probably because few patients had been discharged last week, and the unit was full. Still lots to do, inside away from the wetness outside. The rain became heavier as I left to go home; at times the wipers whipped from side to side. Automatic wipers which determine whether or not, and how fast, to work. Need an automatic driver. I was almost that.
On the deck after the downpour ceased, the air was clear, the plants were fresh and drops of water perched on flowers and leaves. Made for a decent enough photo.
