Messy play!

Bad night.. Tried night weaning - no booby and although i never left her, 2.10am she was crying in my arms for pretty much 1hr 10 mins, shoving me away, kicking, and generally livid - tried singing, talking, rocking patting etc she eventually calmed enough to play with the cow - and eventually slept without booby - but soul searching and reading and charting with mike and we are not going to continue fir a few months
However - great day - messy play! Went to green ark and did painting, sticky collage, flour and water play, and lots more - Cerys Jack Freya all had lunch together sat on big girls chairs! Soooo cute - then as baby talk postponed we had lunch in the park and played in the swings - melodys first painting was great, she kept dipping the brush in and everything! Had dinner then off out to fireworks - had curry and pint with Mandy and co at mountbatten - and then watched national firework competition - Melody F I N E with fireworks but ballistic if i left her.. Even dad couldn't calm her.. Seems last nite left it's mark :(
