Berries for breakfast

A heavy frost last night and a morning drive through the frost covered land taking two pusscats to the vet. One boy needed a blood test to look at how the medication for hyperthyroidism is helping. However he had other ideas and became too uptight and stressed. Poor boy. We will return in a few weeks to try again. The other boy was given a Jab to help with his kidneys and general health, he weighs less on each visit and as good as gold. They are now asleep on top of the boiler, a warm spot on this cold morning.

I was gazing over the back garden and spotted a blackbird eating rowan berries and pleased to capture a berry in the beak of this bird. There is a series of shots showing the berry in her beak at different stages but no extras to show you. I wonder if we will receive them in November once the membership starts for real.
