Magnificent Montenegro

Today we visited Kotor which is probably one of the most beautiful places I have ever been too. Seriously, Kotor, city of the cats is so beautiful, with lovely marbelled streets (and not one piece of litter anywhere). There are loads of cats here, as apparently when Kotor was being build over 1000 years ago, the cats. scared the snakes away.

The town has no cars or bikes either, everybody walks!

Everybody was up early to see the cruise up the fjord (or more accurately the ria) And witness gliding through the morning fog (this photo does not do it justice how beautiful it was).

Who would have thought we would be wearing t shirts and drinking beer alfresco towards the end of October.

Can I retire now please, this is what life should be about.
