It is amazing to still see a Red Admiral so late in the year ..... it seems to be coming every day at the moment ...... so no apology for posting yet another photo of it ....... I just couldn't resist! :-)

Thank so much for all the thoughtful comments yesterday ..... you really are a great bunch ....... I am pleased to say that my back is already feeling a bit easier ...... still very sore but no longer going into spasm all the time :-)
