for a free lunchtime concert One piece, DuoSet: Tulips. written in response to the following poem, was particularly notable, with accompanying percussion..

TULIPS
They looked like a field of black tulips.
Truly, this was the image in my head.

Then they started stomping.
Their black boots marched,

iron crosses glittered on their tunics.
I stood, stared as the straight-backed

black patch advanced towards us.
Mother grasped my hand, turned  to father

and said, "Come, we're leaving today."
