Tiny Tuesday: Autumn Leaf Macro

I decided to take advantage of autumn to take this highly enlarged close-up of an autumn leaf for today's TT.

I suspended it over the front of an anglepoise lamp with sticky tape, to illuminate it from behind, then used my makeshift macro system to photograph it with a 5-layer focus stack. Then I enhanced the focus, clarity & contrast in Lightroom and cropped it down a lot. I found the detail which this revealed rather fascinating.
