Hercules

A brace of hercules flew near the house this morning. I'm sure they were low enough to see me waving to them. Sadly I only managed to capture one on camera.
No windows cleaned but I did manage to fine tune a few of my recipes in preparation for an event in a few weeks time. Garlic Chilli Chicken, Coriander Chutney and Chicken Pakora. More tasting & tweaking over the next couple of days as loads more to do.
Service went ok with the Landie but issues getting the engine out of the 911. To be continued ....
