Autumn-weekend with ÁLFkonur, day 3

What a great weekend it's been!  Today we were photographing in Ólafsfjörður and Dalvík, with a quick coffee stop in "Gísli, Eiríkur, Helgi - kaffihús Bakkabræðra".  (Gísli, Eiríkur and Helgi were three stupid brothers from the farm Bakki...or so the stories tell us).

This house is one of the first houses not built from stone and turf here in Iceland.  It's in Dalvík, called Nýibær (on Flæðavegur 4), built by Jón Stefánsson in 1899.
