Mt. San Jacinto

Just over ten years ago, we visited Palm Springs and headed up the tramway. Today we retraced out steps and we were once again blown away by the views, the silence (when no one else was near us) and also the wonderful pine smells. We spent several hours up top and managed to spot a few critters including a mostly white woodpecker! After descending we spent some time by the pool before eating a few left overs whilst watching Games 1 of the World Series. A great day!
