I was not expecting to find strawberries on the 26th of October!
Last tiny crop I suspect.

My left knee is sore today which worries me.
Only managed 5.8km as daren't push too hard now. :(

Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation - good excuse to catch up with paperwork and tidy my desk I guess!
