A Fungus Foray

I went out to the shared back green today to look at the fungi that I had spotted from the window.  There seemed to be three types of toadstools growing through the lawn including these little fairy ring toadstools.  Sadly half an hour after I had taken the photo the contract mowers came and mowed everything down.  I hope that the fungi will magically appear again soon.
