Loch Faskally, Pitlochry
It started off a lovely sunny day, so we decided to drive to Pitlochry to check out the colour round Loch Faskally. Two problems - the sun went in and the colours haven't fully developed yet!
It was blowing a very chilly wind, so the planned walk round the loch was changed to a quick stroll to the bridge by the salmon ladder, a few shots of each bank and then a hasty retreat to the warmth and comfort of the theatre café for a hot drink:-)
At least it didn't rain and the colours along the A9 and the road home were very promising, so will try again in a week or so.
