The Scarecrow

Went to see Mum today at her care home. She was in the dining room with a fair number of the other residents as they had a chap in for a sing a long this morning. So I sat with her and sang along!
Music therapy plays a big part in engaging residents who've got dementia and it helps calm them.
He was good, I enjoyed it. Once we went back to the lounge, this was one of the autumn decorated boards where we were sitting. They really do make a big effort there.
