Chilli Garlic Seek Kebab Jalfrezi
I couldn't decide which of my particular favourite dishes to make tonight, so I fused them together to make this concoction.
And a damn fine concoction it was too!
Pre-fried the veg and put it in with 2 mins to go - top tip for slight crunchiness.
I have been making curries from scratch for a few years now and still enjoy it immensely; although far more convenient, I will never touch a jar ever again, the extra time is well worth it.
