Autumn colours for dinner

Early up as P. went to the airport heading for Munich again. Long day at work. Arrived back only at 8pm. Managed to do sme domestic chores before P. arrived too. We treated us with roasted vegetables and a glass of Pauillac 1999 as the reward for the intense day.
