7 Steps to Happiness

That's the name of the new book by my beautiful friend Vicki aka Stella Newman.

I first met Vicki in 1996 when we worked in ad land at Bates on the Woolies account and enjoyed the many highs & lows of life.

We lost touch for a while but it was wonderful reconnecting with her when I bumped into her outside Lemonia last year on our return back to London - the very restaurant she first introduced me to 20 years ago!

Vicki is a complete foodie & her novels focus very much on food & love. I can't wait to read this her 4th published novel when Mr J & I are on holiday & catching up with her for a curry afterwards.
