Cutbacks

We do hear an awful lot about local, regional and that there Westminster Village with it's Guv'ment.

Here is a sign of the times, pun intended. This was last painted 3 years ago. Salt in the atmosphere, rain, exposure to the sun have all taken their toll. One day no doubt, it will just fall over. 3 years ago a council worker went around the set of these poles, here and at Porthtowan and repainted them. Looked really good, I don't think it's likely to happen again.

Meanwhile, in other news, I've read all four books in the Forty Shades of Green series (It's the Irish version of the soft porn books) in one sitting. I now feel very uncomfortable, as a whole night of River Dancing has ruined my arches.
