Daylight

Not real daylight:  a daylight balanced bulb in my desk lamp which I use to assess colours on my photographic prints.  It is a more consistent colour than real daylight, which varies according to the time of day, the weather, etc.

As bulbs around the house need replacing, I am steadily converting to LED lighting.  I hope that I can get a daylight balanced LED bulb to fit the lamp when this one dies.

(Tried posting this several times, but the image didn't show up on Blip.  Eventually discovered that I had somehow saved it with a "US Web Coated" colour space, which Blip clearly doesn't like.  All was fine when I converted it to sRGB as usual!)
