Cool old tree

I ran today - sort of - walked and shuffled - but happily.

Yesterday was terrible - I took my daughter out of school to go to a doctor's appointment only to find out that the appointment was today.  

Mistakes happen - but oh so embarrassing - and stressful with all the lost time from work and school.  

But today - there was sunshine - there was lovely light in the forest - and there was this wonderful dead tree.
