The Red Footed Tortoise.

Every day as I walked round the gardens I would check in on these fellows. They have a special area near Reception especially made for them, they have shade, a dip that gets filled with water for them to bask in or drink, they get fed and have a special enclosed section for their babies ( more of that later maybe!!) Someone also comes each day and pours water over their shells and checks on them generally!
