Red gold

These are Tamarillo , a fruit that I love and remember from my childhood .
Back then we used to have them growing in our garden and they used to drop to the ground and rot , we had so many of them.
Now it's a different story.
I live in the South, they don't grow so well here, and to buy them at the supermarket is so expensive!

I treated myself to two today!
