Where the river meets the sea

A quick circuit this morning and the tide was low so I went down on the beach. This is the point where the river flows out to meet the sea. If you are walking the local coastal path, it's a bit of a pain as you have to make quite a detour to get back to the point you can see. The alternative is to wade across but I have never seen anyone do that.
