Update on Flynns (the dog) procedure... It went well and they got 50ml fluid from round his heart. They've left the fluid that's in his abdomen cos they think it'll just absorb back in..
One of the chambers in his heart is enlarged and she said that at any point it could give up..... But that could be months... Could be tomorrow.... But in the meantime the fluid will probably build up again.....

We're not sure if we want to keep putting him through this. It took 7 months from the last time, not sure how long it will take this time.....
We hate the thought of him feeling uncomfortable and if the time it takes to refill gets shorter and shorter then its not fair on him.

But we're just going to take things as they come..

He seems a lot happier today though, and brighter. (and he got his appetite back tonight)
