Black Beauty

A gorgeous walk over Stanpit Marsh with my Wednesday friends today - except that this week they are Thursday friends! The weather was lovely and bright and the air was still - it usually seems to be windy when walking over the marsh, so it was particularly lovely to be able to enjoy the stillness of the surrounding water.

I took some lovely shots across the water towards the priory and of a cobweb laden with dew jewels but this shot of the lone horse standing on the spit of land with the Mudeford beach huts in the distance is unlikely to be repeatable, so it has to be blipped!
