Useful

Years ago, I acquired this from my old primary school.  It was used, stuck on the end of a long pole, to raise/lower the large sash windows in the class room.
In this modern age, I never imagined I'd ever see another one but was pleased to spot one being used by naturalists putting up nets to catch bats on tonight's BBC Autumnwatch.
