Holy Mackeral

While still in Texas, we walked the jetty extending
out into the Atlantic.  There were many fishermen
along the way.  A Vietnamese fisherman had just
netted this mackeral; he would use it as bait.
as I bent over for the photo, I saw many beautiful
irridescent colors on it.  Immediately after, the
fisherman stepped the fish and slit its throat.
See the extra photo......That grossed me out.  In
the meantime my son shot the scene, so on the
extra photo, you get to watch my surprise!
