Water baby

A hullabaloo was happening outside the pub while I was sipping on an orange juice and lemonade with friends. Turns out the fire brigade was practising some water rescues in the River Cam. Rather the unfortunate volunteers than me: even on a record-breaking UK summer's day I'd be reluctant to dive in. Still traumatised from having to heave out a heavily pregnant colleague from the water one day when the bank proved too steep.
