Maren-Kornflexkokur

Wednesday is a marathon day of meetings for me.  It is also my longest work day of 10 hours.  I was happy to grab Sugar Bear from dance and head home.  It was dark and rainy.  She had to wrap up her report on Iceland, as I whipped up this Holiday treat from Iceland.  Maren-Kornflexkokur.  Basically.......meringue with cornflakes and chocolate chunks stirred in and baked.  Sugar will be presenting this to her class along with her report.  She is very excited, and declared these to be AMAZING, and she hopes there are leftovers.  tee hee...she is getting quite a sweet tooth, this girl.
