Up

Apart from a lunch break to wave S off as she started her journey home I spent all day updating and revamping this evening's training, irritated that in the three months since I last did it I haven't had time to work on it. Then photocopying and making up trainee materials packs with minimal help because I hadn't been able to get things ready in time for when there were people around to help me.

Then three hours with my two co-trainers actually doing it .

Then an hour back at my desk incorporating new improvements that I realised we needed while we were doing it so I just might be a bit less last-minutish next time.

Late, on my bed, on my back, almost too tired to lift a camera.
