The Violinists

These two young girls were sitting on the museum steps in Chambers Street today playing their violins. When they finished playing I asked if they were in a show at the Festival, they told me they were not and quickly added that they had asked permission in the museum to play here and were told it was ok but the Council may move them on and was I there to move them on!!!

They were both relieved when I said I was not from the Council, wished them all the best, gave them a donation and told them to play on.

I passed an hour later and they were still playing, well done to them.
