Rude awaking

Unannounced (well, announced but the start date on the plans is two weeks from now!) our local council started digging up our street at 7:25 this morning!

Okay, so we'd been awake for a wee while but really; 7:25!! That's almost as bad as summer when our neighbour starts mowing his lawn at 7am!! ;-)
