Pheasant and a fox

The acupuncture yesterday has done something to the back of my leg but it remains to be seen exactly whether it's helped although cycling was niggle-free.  I daren't be too hopeful.  Something seems to have gone off above my knee at the back (feels bruised and a bit lumpy) so I'm wondering whether there were knotted muscles above that haven't been dealt with.

A slow foxtrot around Otley and Ilkley on my bike today was fab-u-lous.
