Sunset over the River Tweed at Berwick

It's been a long day and it's not over yet.

I was up early for my run (two times round the block) then walked into work for a day of meetings and feedback. Mid-afternoon news came through that my train to London this evening was cancelled so Mr hazelh and I came up with the best plan to ensure that we found seats on a different service. We're lucky that it worked :-)

I post my blip from a point somewhere between Newcastle and Durham, looking forward to reaching my final destination some time around 11pm.

Exercise today: two running loops, walk to work (11,181 steps).
