Michalis and Piers

I woke with a pounding headache this morning and I was prepared for the day to end blipless. Around 9:00 Cath suggested we go out for a beer, so, powerless to resist, we wandered into the Vs. I had forgotten that tonight was the opening night of the V’s October beer festival.

I had barely ordered a pint when the fella on guitar closed his set. I snuck a shot of him as he was packing away but it was blah. Later, as I was chatting to Piers who was running the festival end and offering me a dose of St Austell’s ‘Bucket of Blood’, in wandered our man on guitar. I had read on a flyer that Michalis Patterson was on his 2016 World Tour he'd entitled ‘Lost Yet Found’, which I thought pretty comical. Turns out Patterson is from Bend, OR and that the Vs is a 2-day stop on his tour, after which he’s heading out east. Also turns out that Piers and Michalis are big buddies owing to their mums being best buddies also.

So I got the guys together so I could snap this.
