Apple scone

Haven't made one this evening - went out for a meal with Mr H ..... but as many of you commented that you hadn't had an apple scone I've blipped the recipe. Had it for years, it looks to be written in fountain pen, and can't remember where I copied it from.Hope you all treat yourselves and let me know what you think.
