Cheeeeese!

Not only did I win a truckle of Wookey Hole Cave Aged Cheddar in a competition I spotted on Facebook, I also got to take it into the cave where it'll mature in time for Christmas! And what's more, I'll be able to watch it maturing on the live CheeseCam (which may not be the most exciting live cam in the world...) 

The tiny ones will be sold in Waitrose, the big ones are called 'Trads' (traditional truckles) and mine is somewhere in between, weighing in at 1.8 kilos.
