Osso

The major achievement today was fixing the shower. We bought the unit after the flood episode in 2008 and various bits have failed or partially failed over the years. I've been collecting replacement parts without getting round to fitting them. Well, now they're fitted.

Also, we got Angus's surplus audio kit onto eBay; he did another 1000 characters of his personal statement; I finally made up the varroa treatment.

Claire and I were going for a meal tonight at Osso in Peebles. Megan arrived in Biggar at 7, so we picked her up and brought her along as well. And Angus is partying in Peebles tonight, so he came along for a pre-session chow. It was an excellent meal - Angus was particularly impressed with his starter and dessert.

We got home to find Nick in his yurt for the first time in ages. It's dismantling time, apparently. End of an ear.
