STORM SUNSET...

... what a weird day!!

The morning was  a beauty, clear and sunny and quite warm, so set about doing a bit of outside clean up and sorting. Then had friends in this arvo for a cuppa, and they arrived as the weather changed and we had a good dose of rain.

As they left thought what to do for as blip? 

As it was late, around 30 minutes off sunset, and a sky dark and cloudy with it still raining, took to the the TV for some news!.

And then (as it does) just a few minutes off sunset, the cloud broke on the horizon sending me to grab the camera, and a quick dash to the lake about two minutes away.

Even left without the tripod, so found a fence post and popped some shots as the sun set..... WOW with the dark stormy cloud around a nice show!

Thinking to myself, this move will be good for many reasons!!!
