Anniemay is off cleaning Chris’ rental flat before he moves into his new home this weekend.  So I’m making supper/tea/dinner.  Quorn 'chicken' stew.  No - I don’t like the stuff either, but the rest of the family do.  

I’ll pop a Mars bar in filo pastry in the oven afterwards.  180C (fan oven) for 10-15 minutes.  Yum.
