Fields of gold

We set off just after 6am to go to the Flopsies , stopped off at Montford Bridge, Shropshire where there is a picnic area & cafe well used by bikers (not that we are ) but they do good food so we fuelled up on a bacon & egg bap & coffee and then on to the horrendous M6 which wasn't too bad this time for a change.

The hay had all been gathered in and the fields were a beautiful colour this was on the back road from Earith to Ely, taken as Mr Toad was navigating the bumps and bends & I was hanging out the car window. We arrived at 12pm.
