Cut and Come-again cake. (Freshly Baked)

Last week I posted a Blip showing some recipes, one of them was the unusually named 'Cut and come-again' cake. Today we baked the cake, it has lots of fruit and took nearly three hours to cook but it tastes and smells delicious! It was still warm when I took this picture and a bit crumbly but well worth tasting :-)
