October Weather in Bcn

Amazing weather for the end of October! There's real heat in the sun and people still wearing t-shirts and shorts. Took this shot on a walk along Josep Tarradellas to pick up some trousers which were being altered. Our two Chinese guests who arrived on Thursday night (Nicole and April) are now three. Their friend Errin, who had only booked for two nights in another Airbnb, today found herself without accommodation and the approach of the weekend of Halloween in Bcn and a public holiday on Tuesday next week meaning many people here for a long weekend and taking the Monday off too. She was more than happy to take us up on our offer of a made up bed in our downstairs front room, meaning the three of them could stay together. Happy girls!

Went to Roberto's 30th birthday celebration tonight in Mussol restaurant in Las Arenas. Roberto's the brother of Isabella, whose wedding we went to a couple of weeks ago. We declined the invitation to go on to another place for cocktails at 2am after dinner!
