Onwards and upwards

New buildings seem to spring up in London every week. This is the site of the Scalpel, which looks as if it adds another floor on a daily basis. From the plans, the skyscraper will be pretty impressive with its sharp angles and glass and metal visage. Thought it was worth blipping today, for the wonderful sky and to keep all you Londoners up to date with the development
